1. Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms are provided below:

• "Platform" means the pp44.lat website, all its pages, services, and features.
• "User" means any individual or entity registered on the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered personal profile belonging to a User.
• "Bonus" means any promotional or special benefit offered by pp44.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are operated by the same person, device, IP address, or household, all accounts may be suspended or closed and any earned bonuses may be cancelled.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure. If any information changes, the user is required to notify pp44 immediately.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the pp44 support team immediately.

• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person is not permitted.

• pp44 may temporarily suspend any account for investigation in the event of suspicious activity.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at pp44 is ৳200. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The terms and conditions of the respective payment method also apply at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours (BST). Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

New users are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must complete bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the time of claiming the bonus.
• If wagering on one bonus has not been completed, claiming the next bonus may be restricted.
• A bonus applies only to the account for which it was issued.
• pp44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The pp44 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver tier offers up to 0.7%, and the Gold tier offers up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Promotion to a higher VIP tier is determined based on regular and active participation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

pp44 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Intentionally exploiting any flaw or vulnerability of the platform for gain is prohibited.
• Earning bonus benefits through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
• Fraudulent transactions or inappropriate communication with other users is prohibited.

• Losses caused by external factors (cyber attacks, natural disasters, internet outages).

The user acknowledges that the risk of losing money in online gaming exists and that this risk is entirely the user's own.
